These are Electrolytic decoupling capacitors 10uF/50V, so they can be used with any DC voltage up to 50V. These capacitors are great transient/surge suppressors. These high quality radial electrolytic capacitors have long flexible pins that make them great for use with breadboards. Remember that electrolytic capacitors are good for low-frequency filtering (~1KHz or less), for higher frequency, use ceramic capacitors.
