These are Electrolytic capacitors 1500uF/16V, so they can be used with any DC voltage up to 25V. These high quality radial electrolytic capacitors have long flexible pins that make them great for use with breadboards. Remember that electrolytic capacitors are good for low-frequency filtering (~1KHz or less), for higher frequency, use ceramic capacitors.
