Important Installation Notes
- Strictly connect according to voltage sequence: 0V – 4.2V – 8.4V – 12.6V
- Do not short circuit the board intentionally
- Do not touch board components while soldering
- Nickel strips are not suitable for high-current output wiring; use proper copper conductors
- For high-current tools (e.g., drills), use high-discharge cells (10C–20C rated)
- Balancing resistor (“430”) may heat slightly when cell voltage exceeds 4.2V during first charge; excessive heating indicates incorrect wiring
This product is suitable for DIY battery packs, electric tools, backup power systems, and other high-current 12V lithium battery applications requiring reliable protection and balancing.
